Sehat .. semua orang tentunya mau ?
Tentu saja.Siapa yang ingin sakit ? Tak ada bukan. :D
Sakit bisa saja di cegah .. nih aku mau kasih beberapa cara hidup sehat :

1.Mengunyah makanan dengan pelan
2.Rajin berolahraga
3.Minum air putih sesering mungkin
4.Jangan minum minuman bersoda sesering mungkin !
5.Tidur tepat waktu
6.RAJIN SHOLAT ! nih utama ni
7.Menjaga lingkungan !
kenapa menjaga lingkungan termasuk ? tentu kalian tahu kan :)

First in the twitter ,many of all want to get more followers very much .. i dont know why .. maybe they will collecting or promotion something .. whatever :D
Pertama di twitter,beberapa dari semua ingin mendapatkan banyak followers .. aku tak tahu mengapa ... mungkin mereka ingin sekedar mengoleksi atau mempromosikan sesuatu .. atau apalah :D :X
